Support for BeyondATC is community-based and development-focused. We can’t guarantee a response timeframe, but all bug reports are reviewed by the devs. Thank you for your patience and for helping us improve.
🤗 How to get help
Not everything is a bug — sometimes you just need help understanding an error, a behavior, or need assistance with setting everything up correctly. That’s what the #batc-support
channel is for.
- 🧠 Ask your questions freely — no need to worry whether it’s “important enough”.
- 🛠️ Mods, experienced users, and community members regularly assist with troubleshooting.
- ❌ It’s fine if you don’t know whether it’s a bug — just describe the issue.
💬 While we can't guarantee an immediate answer, you're never bothering anyone by asking. This is the place to learn and get help. If you did not receive any response after a few hours, you are free to ask again.
🐞 How to report a bug
Before opening a bug report, please follow this flow:

Review the Wiki
Review the wiki and its content to see if it can be solved. -
Check known issues
Look in #known-issues and #📝-notams-and-important-issues on Discord to see if the problem is already tracked. -
Use #batc-support for questions & basic troubleshooting
- Post general questions and setup/troubleshooting requests here.
- Always attach your log file — it’s essential for effective help.

If it appears to be a bug → open a ticket
- Go to #submit-a-bug.
- Fill in the required fields (be specific and concise).
- Always upload your logs with the report.
- Optionally, add any other content that might help diagnose the issue (videos, screenshots, charts etc)

📄 How to get your log files
Log files are very important in helping us identify the root cause of the issue. Please upload your log files along with your bug report. The logs contain detailed information about BeyondATC operations, such as errors that occurred during your session, flight plan used and the full history of your flight.
Navigate to the log files on your computer:

Find the following files in that directory:
Player.log
: contains the log from your most recent flight. If the issue occurred during your last flight, please upload this log.Player-prev.log
: contains the log from the flight preceding your most recent one. If you completed another flight after encountering the issue, please send this log insteadbeyondATC.log
: This log provides insights into the BeyondATC application’s operations. If this file is not empty, please include it with your report.
